I have a 30 year history of working in complex business situations where the answer is nebulous.  This is the case in most business scenarios.  In these circumstances I apply logic, reason, collaboration and discipline to arrive at solutions. 

I have played sports my entire life, so I take a team approach.  Learning from others is fundamental to my achievements.  Therefore, I work across all levels of the organization to devise and deploy multifaceted answers.  My team methodology also incorporates coaching and motivation techniques to extract the ultimate an individual and team has to offer.
